He is the founder and President of No Limit Technology--a boutique tech firm that focuses on tech professional services and staffing.
He is a philanthropist and is serving as the Board Chairman of Save the Kids Foundation (STK) and its fundraising arm, Disrupt the Bay (DTB). STK is a nonprofit that raises awareness, accelerates clinical trials, and funds pediatric cancer treatment research to give kids affected by the disease a better chance in surviving; while DTB is a health-tech conference that highlights on topics in Healthcare and Biotech, Mental Health, and the Startup competition scene that introduces up and rising companies.

Previously, Dr. Robinson was the Chief Transformation Officer and Senior Vice President of Consumerism at ChristianaCare, one of the largest health systems in the mid-Atlantic. He was responsible for the transformation of health care delivery to advance population health initiatives and the move from volume-based to value-based care with a special focus on developing and managing ChristianaCare’s consumerism and digital strategies.
Dr. Robinson is an associate professor of medicine at Thomas Jefferson University’s Sidney Kimmel Medical College an adjunct senior fellow in the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a fellow of the American College of Physicians and a senior fellow of the Society of Hospital Medicine. He holds a medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles; an MBA

Dr. Alan M. Weiss joined the BayCare Health System as their CMIO in August, 2018. He primary responsibilities over all clinical systems, their associated governance as well as over providing executive leadership over data and analytics.
Prior to BayCare, Dr. Weiss spent 5 years in the Memorial Herman System in Houston, Texas, as their first Ambulatory CMIO. In that role, he had responsibilities over GE Centricity, Cerner and eClinic Works EHRs. Central to that role was EHR optimization efforts as well as the conversion of GE Centricity to Cerner.
Before Memorial Hermann, Dr. Weiss was the Assoc. Medical Director of Inpatient Systems at Cedar-Sinai in Los Angeles where he helped develop and implement their EHR, Epic.
A general internist by training, Dr. Weiss spent 10 years practicing at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. He also reported directly to their CIO to assist on EHR implementation and optimization efforts, was the head of their business informatics group in primary care, head of main campus internal medicine operations and also was an internal medicine section head. Furthermore, Dr. Weiss spent time teaching medical student and residents while providing both ambulatory and inpatient care.
Before medical school, Dr. Weiss worked for Eli Lilly as a clinical information analyst, helping to develop data entry systems for clinical trials as well as analyzing that data for FDA reporting and for medical journals. Dr. Weiss earned a B.S. from the University of Michigan with a double major in computer science and philosophy. He also has both an M.B.A. and an M.D. from Case Western Reserve University. His M.B.A involves a double focus on health care management as well as the management of information systems.

Jennifer C. Goldsack co-founded and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Digital Medicine Society (DiMe), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to advancing digital medicine to optimize human health. Ms Goldsack’s research focuses on applied approaches to the safe, effective, and equitable use of digital technologies to improve health, healthcare, and health research. She is a member of the Roundtable on Genomics and Precision Health at the National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine.
Previously, Ms Goldsack spent several years at the Clinical Trials Transformation Initiative (CTTI), a public-private partnership co-founded by Duke University and the FDA. There, she led development and implementation of several projects within CTTI’s Digital Program and was the operational co-lead on the first randomized clinical trial using FDA’s Sentinel System.
Ms Goldsack spent five years working in research at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, first in Outcomes Research in the Department of Surgery and later in the Department of Medicine. More recently, she helped launch the Value Institute, a pragmatic research and innovation center embedded in a large academic medical center in Delaware.
Ms Goldsack earned her master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Oxford, England, her masters in the history and sociology of medicine from the University of Pennsylvania, and her MBA from the George Washington University. As a Tampa native, and USF alumni, Virginia has always had an interest in networking in, and for, the Tampa Bay tech community. She has connected many technology candidates with companies in the area and mentored many students in seeking and continuing careers in in Tampa Bay. As such, Virginia has been an active member of Tampa Bay Tech for over 8 years and has recently spearheaded the formation of the Tampa Bay Tech foundation which will bring additional services to our technology seeking talent.
Virginia began her career developing high speed telecommunications protocols for satellite communications and devices for remote data center right here in Tampa Bay. Her journey then took her on to lead software development teams and consult with customers nationally and globally in various technologies, industries and disciplines.
She has worked for global companies, such as Verizon, United Airlines, and Nielsen; is published for her work on the Cyber Security standard NIST-IR 7628; and is now consulting as a technology expert for Patent Litigation. While her work often takes her out or the area, Tampa Bay is home and where she continues to build connections and support technology opportunities for our technology companies, community partners, and technologists.

Meghan brings a business development and marketing background to Tampa Bay Tech with having worked in a variety of industries from non-profit to manufacturing and everything in between. Meghan has been living in Tampa Bay for over eleven years and has been passionate about being a community connector and bridging the region together.
Prior to joining Tampa Bay Tech, Meghan was with the St. Petersburg Economic Development Corporation leading the charge in bringing businesses and companies to the city of St. Pete to help advance the local economy and community. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications from John Carroll University where she also played soccer all four years.

Gary Brickhouse is the CISO at GuidePoint Security, and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s information security program, inclusive of building and maintaining GuidePoint’s internal security architecture and control practices. Gary also leads the GRC Services consulting practice where he is responsible for the development and delivery of GRC service offerings to support our clients. This unique position allows Gary greater visibility into customer needs from an industry services perspective and also as a practitioner, addressing the same risks for GuidePoint.

Dave is responsible for ensuring that the company’s health and business information assets are secure and protected and readily available to authorized users in a timely manner. He guides the selection and implementation of security solutions through policy, architecture, surveillance and training initiatives.
With extensive expertise in the information security space, Dave has received industry recognition for his involvement with initiatives that demonstrate thought leadership and outstanding business value. Prior to joining FCS in 2022, Dave served as Senior Cyber Advisor/President of Alpha Omega Advisors, Inc., providing executive level advisory services in cyber operations, risk and mitigation. From 2015 – 2021, as Chief Information Security Officer with Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute in Tampa, FL, he constructed a comprehensive cyber security program.
