Walders joined Health First in 2019 as CIO and Senior Vice President of Operations Support with more than 20 years of experience in various Information Technology (IT) leadership roles, along with a 22-year career in the U.S. Navy. 

He leads the organization in planning and implementing enterprise information systems. contracting & supply chain, the project management office, and the performance improvement department to support business operations and strategic goals. He oversees all health system integrated corporate initiatives in to achieve more effective and cost beneficial enterprise-wide operations. 

Walders received his Bachelor in Information Systems from the University of Maryland and his Master in Healthcare and Business Administration from the University of Florida.
