Cesar Hernandez
Cesar R. Hernandez is a first-generation entrepreneur of indigenous Mayan immigrants from Guatemala. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Global Consulting firm Omni Public. He has worked the past 14 years as a publicist, lobbyist and advisor to startups, governments, public officials and academic institutions. Cesar has worked with companies such as Tesla Motors, Google, Apple, GM, and advises disruptive technology companies such as Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, Bird Rides and Ford Motors. Cesar’s firm currently represents companies across the globe from Los Angeles to London. His work has been published in the Oxford Strategy Review and featured in Forbes, INC, Entrepreneur, Axios and Vogue Business.
He received his MBA from Oxford University and a Certificate in Disruption Theory from Harvard Business School. He is a former Student Body President and Trustee at the University of South Florida where he majored in Bio-Medical Science, Political Science and Economics. He is one of the founders of the Tampa Bay Latin Chamber of Commerce and a seed stage investor in startups and a limited partner in Venture Capital firm, Tampa Bay Ventures and UK Based Minerva Ventures.
